Cancellation policy

• 8 hours advance notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. If this is not adhered to, 50% of the booked treatment fee may be charged.

Please take note

• In a spirit of mutual respect we kindly request punctuality. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply. Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment(s) time to enjoy tea and complete a consultation form to ensure you receive a treatment suited to your needs.

• Gratuities are not included in the treatment price. It is at your discretion to add a gratuity which is commonly between 10% - 20%.

• Products purchased at Mooi are non-refundable unless you experience an ongoing allergic reaction from a product suggested by Mooi. We require a medical doctor’s written confirmation that the allergic reaction resulted from the use of the product in question. The refund policy of the product’s manufacturer will be adhered to should an allergic reaction be confirmed and accepted as such by the product’s manufacturer.

• Mooi is not responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur while you are at the Salon premises.

• All major credit cards are accepted. American Express and Diners Club not accepted.

• High blood pressure of heart conditions;
• Recent surgery undergone;
• Muscle or joint injuries;
• Allergies;
• Pregnancy, epilepsy and diabetes; and
•Any chronic medication you use.
