To make an appointment phone 021-423 6553. Mooi Beauty is at extension 1 while Mooi Hair and Debi’s Nails can be reached at extension 2. Please be assured that we’ll always try our very best to accommodate you with an appointment that will suit you, but please bear in mind that we can’t work 24/7.

Cancellation policy

To allow us to fill the appointment, cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment must be take place at least 24 hours before you’re suppose to be with us. The full fee for the booked treatment will be charged at your next visit should you cancel or reschedule at short notice, or rudely, not bother to arrive for your appointment. Please be considerate to us and other clients who want to visit us in this regard.

We highly value your punctuality when visiting us.

Gratuaties
If you feel a staff member’s service was particularly good, you’re welcome to add a tip to your bill. The norm is between 10 and 20%. This is always highly appreciated.

Our hours

Mooi Hair is open
- Tuesdays from 8:30am to 6pm
- Wednesday to Friday from 8:30am to 7pm
- Saturdays from very early until 4pm.

Mooi Beauty is open for treatments
- Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm
- Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.
If you’d like to purchase a voucher or product, you’re welcome to drop by from about 9am Tuesday to Friday and 7am on Saturdays.

Although we don’t make a habit of it, there are occasions when we use our scheduled appointments to determine our operating hours. Please keep this in mind should you wish to visit us without an appointment.
